We are working with a fast-growing, global Specialist Lending Platform at the forefront of trade finance and working capital solutions. Operating across multiple markets, this FinTech brings together credit technology, compliance, and operational excellence to deliver smarter purchasing finance for some of the world's leading technology businesses. The business is scaling rapidly, expanding into new geographies, and backed by an experienced and ambitious leadership team. They are now seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Relationship & Operations Manager to play a central role in that growth. This is a hands‐on, client‐facing, high‐impact position working daily across lenders, vendors, Finance, Legal, and Compliance — ideal for someone who thrives where precision and pace go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support credit analysis reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring, including reviewing reseller financials, trendcards, and performance data — executing approved credit decisions, extensions, and limit changes with precision.
  • Manage operational exceptions end‐to‐end, including funding rejections, disputes, and credit note adjustments, coordinating resolution across vendors, lenders, RMs, Finance, and Legal to protect funding timelines and portfolio quality.
  • Lead KYC and AML onboarding for resellers, vendors, and lenders, ensuring all compliance requirements are met in line with lender and regulatory standards, and maintaining audit‐ready documentation at all times.
  • Operationalise legal documentation including Notices of Assignment, Program Letters, and Legal Opinions, ensuring these are correctly reflected in operational setup and workflows across programs.
  • Produce and maintain robust operational, compliance, and credit‐related reporting, supporting weekly and monthly portfolio reviews and ensuring documentation is always audit‐ready.
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, partnering with the technology team to define, test, and implement automation enhancements via the company's proprietary platform.
  • Standardise operational processes across markets, balancing the need for consistency with sensitivity to local regulatory requirements — playing a key role in enabling scalable, compliant growth.

Experience Required:

  • Solid hands‐on experience in Operations/Client Services/Account Management in the Financial Services or FinTech space, along with KYC onboarding, AML processes, and compliance controls.
  • Demonstrated experience working with legal documentation related to Accounts Receivable Purchase or trade finance programs, including Notices of Assignment and Program Letters.
  • Proven background in operations, middle office, or trade finance, with a solid grasp of invoice processing, funding mechanics, and exception handling. An understanding of credit analysis, financial statement reviews, and portfolio monitoring would be highly desirable.
  • Highly detail‐oriented with excellent stakeholder coordination skills — comfortable working across multiple internal and external teams simultaneously in a fast‐moving environment.
  • Degree‐educated in Finance, Business, or a related discipline; fluency in both English and French is required, with additional European languages considered a strong advantage.
