Overview

JCW are working with a growing payments firm based in London who are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its expanding team. This is a key role responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, and promoting a strong culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the firm’s compliance framework
  • Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring the business remains compliant with applicable laws and guidelines
  • Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee and conduct compliance monitoring reviews, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and maintain effective relationships with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organisation
  • Support internal and external audits, as required

Requirements

  • Approximately 6-9 years of compliance experience within a payments firm
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA requirements
