Director – Transaction Services | TMT Sector (Technology, Media, Telecoms)

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is expanding their Transaction Services team and looking for a Director with strong experience in the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) sector.

You\’ll be part of a national practice working on high-profile deals across buy-side, sell-side, IPOs and refinancing. The team sits at the centre of a multidisciplinary, global advisory group delivering end-to-end deal solutions.

What you’ll do

• Drive relationships with key clients, especially in the TMT space
• Build and lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving deal environments
• Play a key role in business development and sector growth
• Develop and mentor future leaders in the team

We’re looking for someone who

• Has a strong TS/Due Diligence background (ACA or equivalent preferred)
• Brings deep knowledge and relationships across the TMT sector
• Has a track record of winning work and leading high-value transactions
• Is commercially driven, collaborative and credible with senior stakeholders
