We are seeking a senior interim finance leader to support a specialist, multi-jurisdictional investment management business operating in Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) and Cat Bonds. This is a hands-on, senior interim role, aligned to a Financial Controller remit but operating at a strategic level, supporting the finance function through systems, process, and reporting integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of monthly close, group reporting, forecasting, and board-level analysis
- Oversight of multi-jurisdictional accounting, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Senior involvement in treasury, cash, FX, and VAT
- Support for audit delivery and statutory reporting
- Leadership on process improvement and finance systems implementation
Profile required:
- 7+ years’ experience in finance within financial services / investment management
- Experience at Senior Financial Controller, Interim FC, or Interim CFO / Deputy CFO level
- Strong regulated, cross-border experience and post-change exposure
- Available to start immediately
