I\’m recruiting for an interim Chief Compliance Officer to join a leading insurance business on a 6-month contract .
This is a hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who’s operated at CCO level (or equivalent) and brings deep expertise in the insurance market — whether general, life, or Lloyd’s/London market.
What’s Required:
- Proven compliance leadership in the insurance sector
- Ability to work closely with the board, regulators, and business stakeholders
- Strong relationship management skills — someone who knows how to get the job done without ruffling feathers
