Salary: £31,000 OTE

At JCT600, our Service Advisors are essential to delivering an efficient and professional aftersales experience. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between customers and the workshop team.

Your role is key to building long-lasting customer relationships by managing expectations and delivering excellent service every step of the way.

As a service advisor your day-to-day will include:

  • Scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments and repairs.
  • Advising customers on necessary maintenance and repair work clearly and accurately.
  • Coordinating with workshop technicians to monitor job progress and completion.
  • Ensuring all service documentation and systems are up to date and compliant.

What we’re looking for in a service advisor:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive customer support role (preferable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
