From sourcing and supplying parts to supporting technicians and customers, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role sits at the heart of the dealership, where accuracy, knowledge, service and speed make a real difference.
As a Parts Advisor your day-to-day will include:
- Deliver an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable parts service to both workshop and retail customers.
- Support technicians with timely parts supply to keep jobs on track and customers informed.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and process parts through internal systems accurately.
- Help create a professional, well-presented parts environment that reflects JCT600 and brand standards.
What we’re looking for in a Parts Advisor:
- Experience in a parts, aftersales or customer-facing automotive role (preferred).
- The ability to accurately record data and provide knowledgeable, and timely information to our customers.
- An adaptable, flexible and solution-focused approach.
- Organised, IT-literate and able to stay calm under pressure.
