As Sales Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading the sales operation, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and compliance.
Working closely with the Head of Business, you’ll motivate and coach the team to exceed targets, maximise profitability, and build long-term customer relationships.
As a new car sales manager your day-to-day will include:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products
- Monitor KPIs and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Coach and support team members through regular performance reviews and development plans
- Maintain compliance with FCA and company standards
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
