This is a significant senior leadership role - suited to an established Head of Business with a proven ability in strategic direction, operational excellence and people leadership, capable of inspiring a high-performing, multi-disciplined team across both sales and aftersales.

As Head of Business, you will lead Mercedes Benz York with a hands-on yet strategic approach - fully engaged in the day-to-day operations while setting the vision for long-term growth. Collaboration is central to the role. You will work seamlessly with support teams, other Heads of Business, and the wider JCT600 division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.

  • A proven track record of driving performance across both sales and aftersales, with a leadership approach that is strategic, visible, and performance-driven.

  • Visible, people-first leadership, inspiring and developing high-performing teams while maintaining presence with customers and colleagues alike.
