At JCT600, our Business Managers lead from the front — driven by performance, inspired by excellence, and committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to lead, influence, and deliver results will shape both the success of your team and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
  • Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
  • Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
  • Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
