We are looking for a results-driven Workshop Controller to lead our high-performing team at our Accident Repair Centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire. If you are ready to boost your aftersales career with ongoing training, career progression, and a culture of excellence, this is your chance!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop.
  • Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Customer-first attitude.
