We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our busy, manufacturer-approved dealer Bodyshop in Bradford. This is a key role within the business, ensuring accurate assessments, efficient repairs, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Your day to day will include:

  • Accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates
  • Using Audatex / GT Estimate (or similar) to produce cost-effective repair methods
  • Liaising with technicians, parts departments, insurers, and customers
  • Monitoring repair progress and authorising additional work where required
  • Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
  • Supporting the smooth workflow of the Bodyshop and meeting KPI targets

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
  • ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of body shop repair methods and procedures
  • Experience working within a dealer or approved repairer environment
  • Confident using estimating systems (Audatex experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
