As a Used Car Sales Manager, you'll lead, motivate and develop the Sales team to deliver strong commercial results and an excellent customer experience. Working closely with the Head of Business, you'll be responsible for driving used vehicle performance, managing stock effectively and supporting the team to achieve their targets.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the Sales team.
- Maximising used vehicle sales volumes and profitability.
- Managing stock levels, vehicle preparation and pricing.
- Driving performance across finance, insurance and associated products.
- Monitoring departmental performance and taking action to achieve targets.
- Ensuring customers receive a consistent high standard of service.
- Supporting the Head of Business with the dealership's wider commercial objectives.
