As a Digital Specialist working for Porsche, you will ensure that all Used and New Car vehicles available for sale are advertised digitally to a high professional standard, ensuring that we have leading digital representation within our industry.

As a digital genius your day to day will include:

  • Creating high engagement on social channels (e.g. engaging posts, quizzes/competitions), acknowledging comments and responses promptly to develop connections with potential Centre visitors.
  • Distributing marketing content across all customer touch points with aligned content, tailored to individual target groups.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer comments, reviews and posts on social media where appropriate in a timely, professional and brand adequate manner.
  • Acting as an online concierge, ensuring online customers are assisted and directed to the appropriate place or person.
  • Aligning social content to support sales/after sales needs by raising awareness – balancing both engagement and business requirements.

What we’re looking for in a digital genius:

  • Previous experience of working within a Marketing and Digital Marketing capacity would be advantageous.
  • A customer centric approach: always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure, with a determined and goal-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently, with a confident yet personable manner.
  • UK driving license free from excessive penalties.
