Car Park Host - Audi Sheffield
At JCT600, our Car Park Hosts help create a great first impression for every customer and visitor, helping them park with ease and providing a warm, enthusiastic welcome from the moment they arrive.
Your day to day will include:
- Welcoming customers and visitors, helping them find suitable parking and directing them to the right place.
- Monitoring the car park and allocated parking bays to keep spaces available for customers and visitors.
- Keeping the customer entrance and parking areas tidy and well presented.
- Offering assistance with personal belongings where required.
- Planning ahead for pre-booked appointments and expected visitors to help arrivals run smoothly.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Communicating regularly with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- A friendly, outgoing approach and confidence in welcoming customers face to face.
- The ability to remain calm, professional and polite in challenging situations.
- A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to use your own initiative.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
