The predicted salary is between 7.55 - 7.55 £ per hour.

Salary - £7.55 per hour (under 18), £10.80 per hour (age 18-20), £12.71 per hour (age 21 and over).

Location – Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We are looking for people that are ambitious, who demonstrate a willingness to learn and who are excited by the prospect of working with our fantastic brands. With a customer centric approach, you will always be striving to deliver service above customer expectations!

You will receive block training at the purpose-built training academy. This will be complemented by a combination of Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules, underpinned and supported through every part of the apprenticeship programme via practical work experience and assessments.

To qualify for the programme, you must have gained or be working towards GCSE grade 4-9 in Maths, English and a science related subject. Conditional offers will be made on the provision of received grades.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Ensuring the proper qualification and understanding of customer requirements and advise customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
  • Communicating effectively in person, by telephone, text or email to keep customers advised as to the progress of repairs and servicing.
  • Professionally selling products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs whilst ensuring all objectives are fully achieved.
  • Working as part of a team, to ensure all departmental objectives and KPI’s are achieved.

  • A driving license free from excessive penalties, is preferential.
