As a sales customer advisor, your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
  • Presenting vehicles confidently and conducting engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Following up leads, managing your pipeline effectively, and maximising every sales opportunity.
  • Ensuring each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
