A visible presence across the site is essential. You will spend time with teams, reviewing performance, resolving issues, monitoring standards and maintaining momentum across all areas of the operation. You will be expected to know what is happening in the business at all times and respond quickly and effectively when priorities change.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and operationally strong, with the ability to lead through engagement, communication and attention to detail. You will be comfortable holding people accountable, making decisions and ensuring agreed actions are delivered. Above all, this role is about leadership through presence.
