As an Aftersales Customer Consultant, you’ll help our customers get the very best from their Porsche by identifying relevant products, services and repair work for their vehicle. Working closely with our Service Advisors and Workshop team, you’ll turn identified opportunities into sales while ensuring every conversation is professional, transparent and adds genuine value to the customer experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively contacting customers to discuss additional work, products and services
- Clearly explaining recommendations, benefits and costs before converting opportunities into bookings or authorised work
- Following up declined or deferred work and maintaining accurate records of customer activity
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who is commercially minded, confident and motivated by achieving results, while understanding that successful selling starts with listening to the customer.
- Proven experience of achieving sales or commercial targets
- A confident and natural approach to selling, influencing and handling objections
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach
- Automotive Aftersales experience would be desirable but isn’t essential
