Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of a dynamic sales team? We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our business support function.

As a sales support your day to day will include:

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
