Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of a dynamic sales team? We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our business support function.
As a sales support your day to day will include:
- Provide administrative and operational support, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation.
- Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
What we’re looking for in a sales support:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Confident using internal systems to process orders and manage enquiries.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
