With the exciting launch of the Changan and XPENG electric vehicle range, there’s never been a better time to become part of the future of automotive innovation. We’re expanding our workshop team and looking for skilled technicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional standards. In this role, you’ll work across both traditional and next-generation vehicles—servicing, repairing, and maintaining EV, hybrid, and petrol models to manufacturer guidelines.

What you’ll be working on:

  • A wide range of vehicles – from petrol & diesel models to brand-new EV and hybrid technology
  • MOT testing (if qualified)
  • Multi-franchise diagnostic and repair work
  • Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles including Changan & XPENG EV
  • Fault-finding, warranty work and general maintenance

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a vehicle technician, ideally with multi-brand exposure
  • MOT Tester certification advantageous
  • EV qualifications advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
