With the ambition to progress within the automotive industry and provide exceptional support to both the sales team and management, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a proven background in car sales. The successful candidate will be confident in building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. They will be proactive, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the continued success of the dealership while developing their own career within a dynamic and professional sales environment.

As a Senior Sales Customer Advisor, your day-to-day will include:

• Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
• Presenting vehicles confidently and conducting engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Following up leads, managing your pipeline effectively, and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Ensuring each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.

• A confident, results-focused salesperson.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
• Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
• Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
