Service Driver/Valetor
Job summary:
Working as part of a highly effective and high performing team at our Mercedes Benz dealership in Chesterfield, you will ensure that both customer and company vehicles are cleaned and prepared efficiently to the highest standards ready for delivery. You will ensure that all cars are presented in pristine condition and any faults are picked up on prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold and serviced.
  • Valet customer and Company vehicles in line with Company and Brand standards ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
  • Carry out initial inspection of vehicles delivered to site in line with Brand and Company standards, reporting any defects to appropriate management.
  • Ensure customer transport options are fulfilled in a courteous and efficient manner as well as collecting and delivering vehicles to and from site.

Qualifications:
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Ideally you will have experience of vehicle valeting or detailing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Honest, reliable and friendly, you will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.
