Due to an upcoming maternity leave we are looking for a customer focussed Account Executive to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. As one of the UK's largest family-owned motor retailers, JCT600 has been delivering excellence since 1946. Through our Vehicle Leasing Solutions division, we provide fleet solutions to businesses across the UK. You will be working within a team to manage a portfolio of customers, driving engagement, growth, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact and building trusted relationships.
- Proactively growing the fleet portfolio by actively working on all quotation opportunities.
- Proactively managing all vehicle renewals across your portfolio.
- Handling quoting and ordering processes to ensure a smooth, accurate experience for all stakeholders.
- Responding to customer and driver queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with colleagues and partners.
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries, share updates, and keep processes seamless.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering reliable, behind-the-scenes support that makes a real difference.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the confidence to present insights and recommendations.
- A proactive, professional team player who thrives on delivering results and exceptional customer service.
- Preferable experience in managing corporate or SME accounts.
