We are looking for people that are ambitious, who demonstrate a willingness to learn and who are excited by the prospect of working with our fantastic brands. With a customer‑centric approach, you will always be striving to deliver service above customer expectations!

What do you need to know?

  • The Service Technician role is a three‑year programme in which you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair, from routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs to our customers’ vehicles.
  • Initially you will shadow a qualified technician learning how to use modern technology in all aspects of vehicle service and repair until you gain the ability and confidence to work alone. Once you are ready, you will then be expected to carry out servicing and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
  • You will receive block training at the dedicated training academy in Milton Keynes, which will be complemented by a combination of Virtual Classroom sessions and E‑Learning modules, underpinned and supported through every part of the apprenticeship programme via practical work experience and assessments.
  • On successful completion of the programme, you will receive a Level 3 Service and Maintenance Light Vehicle Technician qualification.

Our recruitment for the programme is carried out in direct collaboration with Cupra / Seat.

To qualify for the programme, you must have gained or be working towards GCSE grade 4‑9 in Maths, English and a science‑related subject. Should you not have already obtained these grades, then conditional offers will be made on the provision that these are achieved in the summer of 2025, ready for an August / September start.
