At JCT600, our Sales Executives are driven by results and motivated by success. You will be at the forefront of our dealership, using your passion for sales to deliver exceptional results while providing an outstanding customer experience.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success and your earnings.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
  • Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.

  • Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
