Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top‑quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and service teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main‑dealer environment with strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop.
  • Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Customer‑first attitude.
