Overview
Workshop Controller – JCT600 (BMW / MINI Bradford)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm
The Role

- Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
- Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and service teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Maintenance Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop
- Requirements: Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
- Customer-first attitude
