Job Summary

As a Warranty Manager working at Porsche Leeds, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures.

As a Warranty Manager working at Porsche Leeds, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Submitting 100% accurate warranty claims, ensuring profitability of all warranty submissions is maximised by reviewing job cards completed by colleagues and requesting alterations be made where appropriate.
  • Providing all supporting documentation along with the appropriate warranty claim.
  • Returning warranty parts as per Brand and Company processes, continually adhering to Brand and Company warranty submission processes.
  • Passing all warranty audits first time, every time.
  • Ensure accurate goodwill claims are completed on a daily basis.
  • Assisting the Service Quality Specialist to monitor daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports, highlighting any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience at a managerial level working within warranty is essential.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with an organised, logical and methodical approach is essential.
  • Previous experience of using databases with preferred experience and knowledge of Kerridge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be assertive when required.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
