As a Vehicle Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Servicing & Repairing Vehicles: Deliver high‑quality work on a variety of models, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and factory timescales.
- Customer Communication: Clearly explain required repairs to customers using easily understood, jargon‑free language.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and repair.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out safely, in line with company, brand, and industry guidelines.
- Problem‑Solving: Evaluate vehicle conditions, identify issues, and recommend additional work when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
- Previous experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician; brand accreditation beneficial but not essential (training will be provided).
- Customer‑centric attitude: focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Clear communicator: Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.
- Problem‑solving skills: Organised, methodical, and able to think on your feet.
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
