Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Used Car Sales Manager, to spearhead our Sales team at our Audi dealership in Sheffield. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver and epitomise the highest level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Business in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.
- Maximising the sales volume and profitability of used cars and finance and insurance products.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
- Actively setting out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
- Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained within the Sales department and wider dealership.
- Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!
Qualifications
- Previous experience of directing and developing high performing teams to deliver results is essential.
- A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- An interest in e-commerce, with experience already working within this area or a very keen aptitude towards it.
- A solid understanding of current motor industry practices would be desirable but not essential.
- Drive and aspiration to be the best and not accepting anything less.
- Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver impeccable standards right across the business.
- A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
