We are looking for an Accountant to join our busy Accounts Centre team in Leeds. The role is responsible for the delivery of accurate financial reporting to strict deadlines and the provision of financial guidance to operational colleagues throughout the dealerships.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Your Day To Day Will Include:
- To advise Senior Managers on the financial policies whilst ensuring adherence.
- Providing regular, accurate and meaningful financial accounts and other daily/weekly/period reports to Managers as required.
- Overseeing and controlling the dealership’s borrowings, cash flow and liquidity.
- Monitoring financial performance and producing KPI reports for all departments.
- Advising managers on financial performance, margins, costs and overheads, comparing actual to plan.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA Accountant.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues outside of the financial environment.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Motor trade experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Proven track record on delivering high quality management reporting to a strict timetable & be able to work well under pressure.
- A driving licence is required.
