Showroom Manager – BMW & Mini
As a Showroom Manager working for our BMW/Mini dealership in Bradford, you will ensure that we perform at the highest possible level in both new and used vehicle sales, maximising profitability through finance and insurance streams whilst providing an industry leading standard of customer experience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
- Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the satisfaction of customer retention and the profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
- Ensuring appropriate resource management to deliver the highest level of customer experience within the dealership.
- Actively set out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
- Ensuring that all enquiries to the sales department are dealt with quickly, efficiently and effectively and in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that sales employees are fully conversant with all finance and insurance products available, which may help close sales or enhance profit. Training, mentoring and coaching the Customer Sales Advisors to fully understand the features and benefits of these products.
- Ensuring that Sales Management, General Management and other front line sales employees are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market.
- Enhancing the reputation of JCT600 at every opportunity when interacting with others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
- Proven experience and success in the Finance & Insurance arena with a solid understanding of legislation and best practice.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and best practice.
- Strong ability to lead, influence and coach others into delivering results.
- Ability to devise creative and innovative solutions to drive the business forward.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong relationships.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
