Overview
Showroom Host – Part Time at JCT600 Ltd
Schedule: Monday 8am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm (total 25 hours).
Role overview: You will work as a receptionist at Porsche Teesside, handling incoming telephone calls, connecting callers to the relevant person or department, and ensuring the highest level of customer experience. You will also welcome visitors and assist them as appropriate at the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
- Answer telephone calls promptly in line with Company and Brand standards.
- Welcome all visitors professionally and courteously.
- Record and distribute messages using the email/database system promptly and accurately.
- Provide refreshments to customers and visitors waiting for teammates and assist to maximise comfort on site.
- Monitor and analyse the switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.

- Strong telephone manner with ability to quickly build rapport and inspire confidence.
