Based at our dealership, you’ll handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role where your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to service excellence will make every customer feel valued.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
- Managing incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
- Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
- Monitoring the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintain smooth communication.
- Supporting customers and visitors on‑site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.
