Workshop Controller – Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main‑dealer environment with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy workshop.
- Full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.

- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
