Your Day To Day Will Include:
- Submitting accurate, compliant, and profitable warranty and goodwill claims.
- Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.
- Managing warranty parts returns and maintaining precise claim records.
- Supporting warranty reporting and helping resolve any discrepancies.
- Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in the Automotive trade.
- A customer-focused mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to work.
- Confident using databases – ideally with Kerridge experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The confidence to be assertive when needed.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
