Now, we’re looking for a confident, forward-thinking Head of Service to lead our Audi and Volkswagen Aftersales teams in Sheffield and help us deliver the kind of experience our customers can’t wait to come back for. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity – two prestige service departments, two world-class brands, one shared JCT600 culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspiring, coaching and developing a high‑performing Service, Workshop and Front‑of‑House team across two sites
  • Owning performance end‑to‑end: customer experience, quality, workshop efficiency, profitability and brand standards
  • Leading a combined operation of multiple workshop ramps and a substantial team of technicians and apprentices across both Audi & Volkswagen sites
  • Creating a people‑first culture where colleagues feel supported, trusted and equipped to do their best work
  • Building strong relationships with Audi and Volkswagen partners while ensuring both dealerships feel distinctly JCT600
