Job Summary

As a Service Advisor working at our Volkswagen Commercials dealership in Leeds, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. Ensuring you are fully prepared for our customers\’ visits, you will ensure that every aspect of their visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and friendly individual who is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Understanding customer requirements and advising on predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progressing vehicle repairs through the workshop by effective communication with workshop control to meet completion times.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person, converting these into bookings.
  • Keeping customers informed about the progress of repairs and servicing through effective communication.
  • Professionally selling products, services, and repair work to meet customer needs and achieve objectives.
  • Invoicing completed work and processing payments as required.
  • Working as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Utilizing dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills; experience with databases is desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Team player attitude.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.
