Ready to bring your organisational talent to a team. We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator who thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping our services running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by clear Brand and JCT600 quality measures.
- Take ownership of daily service booking approvals, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
- Help keep customers moving by maintaining accurate updates of the C2/loan vehicle fleet.
- Take pride in precision, achieving 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
- Communicate professionally and confidently via phone and email, representing JCT600 with clarity and care.
