  • Collaborate with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently via phone and email, representing JCT600 with clarity and care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an automotive customer support role (preferable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
