Job Summary

As a Senior Service Advisor working at our Cupra/Seat dealership in Leeds, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will ensure that every aspect of a customer’s visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
  • Qualify and understand customer requirements and advise customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, coordinating with workshop control to meet agreed completion times.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person and convert these into firm bookings.
  • Keep customers advised on progress of repairs and servicing via in person, phone, text or email.
  • Professionally sell products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs while achieving objectives.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments where required.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Use dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills; experience with databases desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • A true team player; driving licence with clean record.
