Your day to day will include:
- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service in a supportive and professional environment.
- Assess customer needs and manage bookings efficiently to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with the workshop, helping the team meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Recommend products and services that add value while supporting team targets.
- Accurately process invoices and payments, contributing to smooth operations.
- Maintain precise records in dealer and manufacturer systems, supporting reliability and trust.
