JCT600 is recruiting for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen dealership in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing leader to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced retail environment and deliver exceptional results across sales, customer experience and team performance.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a successful sales team, ensuring strong client relationships, effective stock management and the ability to drive performance through a motivated and well-coached team.

About You

  • A strong track record as an established Sales Manager within a main dealer environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in client management, with focus on retention and customer experience.
  • Solid experience in stock control.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
  • Excellent commercial judgement and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
  • A professional and credible leadership style aligned with JCT600 values.
