Based at our dealership, you’ll handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
  • Managing incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
  • Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
  • Monitoring the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintain smooth communication.
  • Supporting customers and visitors on‑site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.
