Responsibilities:
- Deliver an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable parts service to both workshop and retail customers.
- Support technicians with timely parts supply to keep jobs on track and customers informed.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and process parts through internal systems accurately.
- Help create a professional, well‑presented parts environment that reflects JCT600 and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a parts, aftersales or customer-facing automotive role (preferred).
- Ability to accurately record data and provide knowledgeable, timely information to customers.
- Adaptable, flexible and solution‑focused approach.
- Organised, IT‑literate and able to stay calm under pressure.
