As part of the parts team at Audi York, our stock controller will control stock integrity within the warehouse and ensure stock security is maintained. Also to accurately pick parts to satisfy customer requirements.
Your Day To Day Will Include:
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public, putting yourself in the customers’ shoes in order to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Pick parts with accuracy to meet customer orders.
- Follow daily warehouse processes including management of all computer/stock related systems.
- Support the leadership teams to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment as and when necessary.
- Adhere to Company policy with regard to cash handling and storage.
- Ensure premises, equipment and other assets are controlled and utilised effectively.
