Salary: Competitive base salary + performance-related bonuses
Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm

The Role
Responsibilities
As a Master Technician, you’ll lead on complex diagnostics and repairs, supporting the wider workshop team with your expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical/electrical repairs
- Supporting and mentoring technicians to raise workshop standards
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
- Communicating clearly with service advisors to keep customers informed
You’ll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance (Master Tech or brand accreditation preferred)
- Experience: Extensive experience in diagnostics and technical repair
- Requirements: Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
- Customer-first attitude
