At JCT600, our Parts Advisors are key to delivering a seamless aftersales journey - not just for our workshop team, but for our customers too. From sourcing and supplying parts to supporting technicians and customers, you'll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role sits at the heart of the dealership, where accuracy, knowledge, service and speed make a real difference.
Your day to day will include:
- Deliver an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable parts service to both workshop and retail customers.
- Support technicians with timely parts supply to keep jobs on track and customers informed.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and process parts through internal systems accurately.
- Help create a professional, well-presented parts environment that reflects JCT600 and brand standards.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a parts, aftersales or customer-facing automotive role (preferred).
