Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm. Immediate bonus: £1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in your second month’s salary.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Master Vehicle Technician to join our BMW/MINI team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. In this role you\’ll be working on delivering high quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work to exacting standards. You’ll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out accurate repairs, servicing, and diagnostics on motor vehicles to manufacturer standards, completing all required documentation.
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, within agreed timescales, and in line with brand and industry guidelines.
  • Provide clear diagnostic reports and communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager on required repairs.
  • Assess vehicle condition, document additional work as needed, and liaise with other departments to ensure efficient servicing and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Experience: Proven experience as a vehicle technician
  • Requirements: Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Skills: Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
  • Skills: Customer-first attitude
